Resident Lighting Designer. Deaf Broadway, 2023 - present.

Concert-oriented and select staged programming for Deaf Broadway performances at Lincoln Center’s Summer in the City series and additional curated events. Select venues include Alice Tully Hall and the Rose Theater. Productions include Company, Rent, and Waitress.

Collaborating Artist and Lighting Designer. Kinetic Light Dance. 2023 - present. 

Collaborating member of a disability-centric dance collective. Lighting Designer for the premiere of The Next TiMes; restored Michael Maag's lighting design of Descent for tour purposes; ongoing collaboration on new works focused on lighting systems, technical integration, and access-driven performance design.

Associate Professor and Co-Program Director of Production. Gallaudet University Performing Arts, 2010 – present. 

Guest Artist and Adjunct beginning in 2010; full-time faculty appointment in 2019. Appointed Co-Program Director of Production in 2024, overseeing production infrastructure and technical experimentation across departmental programming, centering access-forward, Deaf-led performance and design.

Project Manager. New York Deaf Theatre. 2021 – 2024. 

Project management for Meat Expectations and the ViScript Project, overseeing production logistics, timelines, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.. 

Teaching Artist. Roundabout Theatre Company 2017 – 2021. 

Teaching lighting design and electrics to affiliated schools across the five NYC boroughs under Roundabout's educational programming.

Producing Director. New York Deaf Theatre. 2013 – 2021. 

Coordination of production elements for staged shows; budget and operations management; and professional liaison duties.

Responsible for maintaining the design integrity for all tour venues with two shows in repertory. 2013 venue stop at New Victory Theatre, NYC. Lighting Designers: Michael Chybowski and Daniel B. Chapman.
